Algeria's second economic pole, the Oran wilaya blends two very different B2B logics. On one side, the Arzew-Bethioua industrial complex concentrates a major share of Algerian petrochemicals and gas around Sonatrach sites (refinery, LNG, LPG, ammonia, methanol) and the GP1Z industrial zone — a playing field for structuring investment projects requiring solid PMO steering and a demanding HSE framework. For Arzew sites and the GP1Z zone, we run PMO from scoping to acceptance: tender drafting, EPC contractor selection, project governance setup (steering committee, project committee, RACI), schedule / budget / risk tracking per ISO 21500, interfacing with HSE and quality directions, acceptance and handover to operations. Our reading of the Algerian framework (public procurement code, ANPDP, EPC contracts in a Sonatrach environment) is integrated. We do not perform technical delivery: this separation preserves our independence from integrators and keeps you in control of the contract.
