Remote training

Distance learning for Algerian companies

Virtual classrooms, async e-learning, hybrid programs. Beeform Academy delivers MFEP-accredited distance learning programs adapted to Algerian connectivity constraints.

Distance learning unlocks training at scale

Algerian companies with multi-site operations (banks, telcos, oil & gas) struggle to train geographically dispersed teams cost-effectively. Distance learning eliminates travel costs, scales to 1,000+ learners simultaneously, and works in low-bandwidth areas (offline SCORM mobile sync). Beeform Academy designs Algerian-context distance learning programs with proven engagement methodologies.

  • Async e-learning — SCORM modules accessible 24/7 on any device
  • Virtual classrooms — live sessions via Teams, Zoom with breakout rooms
  • Mobile-first design — works on smartphones, low-bandwidth, offline sync
  • Hybrid blended — combine async + live + occasional in-person

Distance learning ROI

−70% training cost

No travel, no venue, no meals. Distance learning costs 70% less per learner than traditional in-person training across all wilayas.

Geographic scale

Train teams in Algiers, Hassi Messaoud, Tamanrasset, Djanet — same quality, same time, same cost. Geographic constraint eliminated.

No production downtime

Async learning lets employees train during downtime, evenings, between calls. No lost production hours like with classic 2-day training.

Pandemic-ready

Built-in business continuity. No disruption from health restrictions, weather, transport strikes. Training continues regardless.

Design methodology

01

Connectivity audit

Audit your team's actual bandwidth, devices, location patterns. Optimal learning design varies by context — no one-size-fits-all.

02

Modality selection

Choose mix of async (e-learning), synchronous (virtual classes), and in-person based on learning objectives and audience constraints.

03

Content design for distance

Distance learning content ≠ in-person content. Shorter modules (10-20 min), more interactivity, frequent quizzes, social learning features.

04

LMS deployment

Plateforme Beeform hosted in Algeria. Mobile companion for offline sync. Adaptive bandwidth management for low-connectivity areas.

05

Pilot with cohort

Test with 20-50 learners across diverse locations. Measure completion rates, engagement, learning outcomes. Iterate before full rollout.

06

Engagement optimization

Use data to optimize: which modules are dropped? Where do learners struggle? Continuous improvement based on actual usage data.

Frequently asked questions

What's your distance learning offering?
Six complementary services: (1) Self-paced SCORM modules — library of 650+ ready modules + custom production; (2) Virtual classroom — live sessions via Teams/Zoom with breakouts, polls, recording; (3) LMS hosting — Moodle/Workplace, Beeform-hosted or client-hosted, with SSO and custom branding; (4) Microlearning paths — daily 5-10 min capsules with spaced repetition; (5) Learning analytics & engagement — completion rates, dropout detection, manager dashboards; (6) Hybrid certifying programs — online theory + in-person practical for hands-on skills.
Is distance learning eligible for the Algerian training tax (TFP)?
Yes, fully. Distance learning delivered by an MFEP-accredited organism (Beeform Academy N°410) is eligible for TFP recovery exactly the same as in-person training. SCORM connection logs and completion data provide more robust audit evidence than paper attendance sheets — the FNDFCP increasingly favors digital documentation. We deliver all FNDFCP-compliant documentation: training agreements, learning records (SCORM/xAPI logs), completion certificates, evaluation reports per cohort.
Which LMS do you support?
All major market LMS: Moodle (most common in Algeria), Docebo, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Workplace, TalentLMS, plus in-house custom LMS via SCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004 / xAPI standards. If you don't have an LMS, we host one for you (Moodle-based) with your branding, SSO, custom user management, white-label student-facing UI. Hosting can be in our data center (Algeria-hosted, complies with Law 25-11) or in your cloud (Azure, AWS) — your choice.
How do you ensure engagement on distance learning?
Three layers: (1) instructional design — microlearning chunks (5-10 min), interactivity every 2-3 min, scenario-based learning rather than monologue videos; (2) cohort dynamics — synchronous kickoffs, weekly live touchpoints, peer learning communities, manager involvement; (3) analytics-driven intervention — automatic flagging when a learner falls behind (no login in 7 days, low quiz score), manager email notification, optional 1-on-1 catch-up call. Typical completion rate on Beeform-managed cohorts: 75-85% vs industry average ~20-30%.
Can you deliver in Arabic, French, or English?
Yes, all three. Most Algerian B2B distance learning is delivered in French by default, with Arabic options for specific audiences (operational staff in industrial settings, public-sector institutions, frontline workers). English is common for export-oriented teams or international subsidiaries. We can produce bilingual modules (French/Arabic narration, English subtitles) on request. For multilingual cohorts, we recommend separating by language for live sessions and using subtitled SCORM modules for self-paced.
How do you handle technical issues on the learner side?
L1 support included as part of all hosted-LMS programs: dedicated helpdesk reachable by email or in-app chat, response within 4 business hours, escalation to L2 within 24h for complex issues. Common issues handled: SSO failure, browser compatibility, video playback, mobile app sync, lost password. For corporate-owned LMS where we deliver only content, we provide L1 troubleshooting guidance to your internal IT team. Service-level commitment available on enterprise contracts.
