From first-time managers to executive committees: Beeform Academy delivers MFEP-accredited management training tailored to Algerian B2B reality. Blended or in-person.
Algerian companies face an unprecedented leadership gap: rapid scaling, generational transition, hybrid workforce. According to AACUL studies, 65% of Algerian managers receive zero formal training before their first leadership role. Beeform Academy fills this gap with MFEP-accredited management programs combining international best practices and Algerian business context.

Six pillars that define how we design and deliver management training in Algeria — calibrated for B2B reality, not generic playbooks.
Every program starts with a confidential 360° feedback exercise: direct manager, peers, and direct reports rate the participant on 12 leadership competencies. Combined with a self-assessment, this produces a precise development map that personalizes the curriculum from day one. No generic content for participants who don't need it.
We compose cohorts of 8 to 15 managers from compatible seniority levels and complementary sectors (banking + industry + services). Pre-program kickoff dinner builds psychological safety. Long-term outcome: a peer network that outlives the program by years, with structured alumni circles and bi-annual reunions.
Each cohort is paired with a master trainer who has actually run teams in Algerian B2B context — former bank executives, telecom directors, industrial plant managers. Trainers operate in duo to bring complementary perspectives (e.g. public-sector leadership + private-sector operations). Continuity preserved across all sessions of the same cohort.
30% asynchronous (SCORM modules, reading, video case studies completed before each session), 40% in-person workshops (role-plays, peer-coaching, instructor-led discussion), 30% on-the-job application with manager check-ins. This 30/40/30 split maximizes retention while respecting the time constraints of operational managers who cannot disappear for weeks.
Between each session, participants apply learnings to a real challenge from their actual team: a difficult conversation to lead, a stalled project to unblock, a performance review to deliver. They report back at the next session with what worked, what didn't, and what they need from the cohort. Learning sticks because it ships immediately into the workplace.
Six months after program completion, we run a comparative 360° to measure behavior change, and we collect business KPIs (team eNPS, voluntary turnover, productivity metrics) against the pre-training baseline. Results documented in an impact report shared with HR. Optional ongoing executive coaching for the top 20% of graduates who want to push further.
