Train the trainer

Train your internal trainers

Turn your subject matter experts into effective trainers. Beeform Academy delivers MFEP-accredited Train-the-Trainer programs for Algerian B2B companies.

Why train your internal experts as trainers

Your best trainers aren't external consultants — they're your senior employees who know the business inside out. But knowing isn't teaching. Train-the-Trainer programs equip your experts with pedagogical skills: structuring content, animating sessions, evaluating learning, handling difficult learners. Result: scalable internal training capacity, lower long-term costs, knowledge retention inside the company.

  • Pedagogical fundamentals — adult learning theory (Knowles), Bloom taxonomy
  • Session design — opening, content delivery, exercises, closing
  • Animation skills — group dynamics, voice, body language, handling questions
  • Evaluation — quizzes, role-plays, post-training follow-up

Train-the-Trainer ROI

Internal scalability

Once trained, your trainers can deliver ongoing training to new hires, new procedures, new tools. No need to call external consultants every time.

Lower long-term cost

External trainer day rate: 50-120k DZD. Internal trainer (already on payroll) re-uses existing budget. Savings compound year after year.

Knowledge retention

Knowledge stays inside the company. When external consultants leave, their knowledge leaves too. Your internal trainers become living training assets.

Career evolution

Trainer status enriches employees' careers. Recognition, leadership opportunities, often a step toward management roles.

Frequently asked questions

What does the train-the-trainer certification cover?
Our 5-day certifying program covers six modules: (1) Adult learning principles — pedagogy of adults, motivation, retention curves; (2) Engineering training programs — needs analysis, Bloom's taxonomy objectives, modular sequencing; (3) Facilitation & group dynamics — opening/closing sessions, managing difficult learners, energy management; (4) Digital tools & e-learning — Storyline, Rise, H5P, SCORM authoring; (5) Evaluation (Kirkpatrick 1-4) — reaction, learning, behavior, results; (6) Certification & MFEP audit-readiness — templates, attestations, FNDFCP compliance. Final assessment includes a live training session graded by our master trainers.
Who should attend train-the-trainer?
Internal subject-matter experts who are asked to train colleagues but lack formal pedagogical skills: senior engineers training juniors, HR professionals running onboarding, technical specialists transferring know-how before retirement, managers running team workshops. Also: external trainers and freelance consultants who want to formalize their methodology with MFEP-recognized credentials. Typical participant profile: 3+ years professional experience, no prior teaching background. Cohorts of 8-12 participants for optimal interaction.
Is the certificate recognized in Algeria?
Yes. Beeform Academy is accredited by the Algerian Ministry of Vocational Training and Education (MFEP N°410). Our train-the-trainer certification is officially recognized for internal trainer roles, including for designating training officers under Algerian labor law. The certificate is also useful for trainers pursuing freelance contracts with Algerian organizations: it demonstrates pedagogical methodology compliance with MFEP standards. International recognition is informal but the program is aligned with ISO 29993 (learning services) standards.
Can the program be delivered in-house at our company?
Yes, intra-company delivery is available for cohorts of 6+ participants. We adapt content, cases, and exercises to your industry (banking, oil & gas, manufacturing, public sector, etc.) and use real internal training topics for practical exercises. The certifying assessment is also conducted on-site. Typical schedule: 5 consecutive days, or 2+2+1 spread over 3 weeks for working professionals. Pricing more advantageous than open cohort starting at 8 participants.
How is the program different from a generic facilitation course?
Three key differentiators: (1) certifying with MFEP recognition — most generic courses give only an attendance certificate; (2) covers the full training engineering cycle (needs analysis → design → delivery → evaluation), not just facilitation tricks; (3) includes digital e-learning authoring (SCORM/xAPI) which is essential for modern hybrid training. Our master trainers have 15+ years field experience in Algerian B2B and bring real cases (Sonatrach, Algérie Télécom, BNA-style organizations) into the cohort.
What happens after certification — ongoing support?
Three follow-ups included for 12 months: (1) one quarterly group call with master trainer + alumni network — peer learning and case discussion; (2) one individual coaching session at month 3 to review your first delivered training; (3) access to our trainer resources library (templates, slides, evaluation grids, e-learning starter kits). Optional paid services: train-the-trainer level 2 (advanced facilitation), e-learning authoring deep-dive, customized supervision for your first 3 trainer engagements.
